It is true that weight loss is as much of a mental challenge as it is a physical one. It would be incredibly difficult for you to experience long-term weight loss if you cannot change your mentality regarding food, exercise and lifestyle change.Wanting FAST RESULTS is one of the mentality that we need to change. Making a lifestyle change does not happen overnight. It takes time and a lot of effort. Remember, Rome was not built in a day. Set realistic yet achievable goals and commit to them.
For example, substitute healthy snacks like fruit or nuts when you start to feel peckish. Or eliminate soft drinks from your diet or reduce your sugar intake in your daily cuppa. Or perhaps engage in light exercises such as walking or swimming.
