What is the best diet?


I am going to be honest here. THERE ARE NO GOOD DIETS.

Yup. You heard me. Dieting can really harm your health. Limiting certain food group can cause more negative effects than benefits. To me, it is not that complicated.
* Eat a ton of veggies.
* Eat nutrient dense foods.
* Have lots of protein and reduce starchy carb intake.
* Keep saturated fat to a minimum.
* Don’t binge on junk food.
* Drink lots of water. Not Vitamin Water. REAL WATER.
* Do not skip breakfast.

Healthy eating starts with learning new ways to eat, such as adding more fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and cutting back on foods that have a lot of fat, salt, and sugar. A change to healthier eating also includes learning about balance, variety, and moderation.
